Represented by Smartphones and Gb/s Internet services, analog and Radio-Frequency (Microwave) Integrated Circuit technology is playing a key role in Modern Electronics. Although the demands on low-cost, low power, high performance integrated circuits are exponentially increasing owing to the Internet of Things for the hyper-connected world, the advancement on the device scale-down has almost reached physically limited point.
Microwave Electronics & Integrated Circuits Laboratory in Dongguk Univ. is aiming at various studies on the leading IC design technologies based on the microwave electronics to overcome many impending technical issues in the post Moor’s law era.
